總結(jié)	The mitochondrial inner membrane peptidase (IMP) complexgenerates mature, active proteins in the mitochondrialintermembrane space by proteolytically removing the mitochondrialtargeting presequence of nuclear-encoded proteins. IMP1 and IMP2(IMMP2L; MIM 605977) are the catalytic subunits of the IMP complex(Burri et al., 2005 [PubMed 15814844]).
儲存條件	Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

APR03487G) western blot analysis in mouse spleen tissue lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the IMMP1L antibody detected the IMMP1L protein (arrow).
